Fall Decorating Ideas - Covering a Lamp Shade
I have a small lamp that sits on my screened-in porch. The shade needed replacing, so I thought it would be fun to make a fall shade. It cost me under $10! My kind of decorating.
I found all my supplies at the craft store.
A self-adhesive shade makes this project so easy!
The outside cover of the shade becomes your pattern.
I added some trim, and then painted under the trim, and the inside seam of the shade.

And you can even take off the trim to "covert" it come winter! Very cool!
