No Bathroom Zone

I know they know I can see them from my window but some people insist on letting their male dogs pee on my flowers and plants. The signs are against the rules but I will leave them up until someone turns me in. and there are neighbors who let their dogs out to do their business with no regards or respect for other people's yards.
This is a couple of my neighbors spots where they let their male dogs pee. Liriope seems unaffected but that is not the point!
this gravel area`-they are now letting their dogs use this area as a bathroom

I trained my dogs to not pee on the flowers or in flower beds. It is very easy to do. They do not poop when on walks but I carry bags anyway. Sadly the majority of dog or cat owners do not care. My issue here is outdoor cats - they have made a mess of part of my landscape. :(

Squeaky wheels and all that.....let's hope the talking gets results.....I'd be pretty upset, too, if I had your situation. Good luck.....
