Hometalk Thrift Benefit for Shelter Animals
I'm starting a new holiday! On the first Saturday of each October shop your thrift shop that sponsors a local shelter or animal rescue. If you don't know of one call your shelter and ask. Most communities have a least one.
On October 5th I'm hosting a Hometalk meetup with local bloggers at our Humane Society thrift shop and vintage boutique. It's the best in our community! We will be tweeting, Facebooking, and Instagraming the event.
The week of October 14 - 18 we will have a blog tour showcasing our thrift shop creations.
Then on Hometalk Tuesday October 22 three bloggers will do a Google video.

I do not support as I believe that spaying/neutering is a vile and horrible thing for shelters to do to animals. My oldest dog is the only one that's spayed, none of the others are spayed or neutered and never ever ever ever will be ever ever ever ever EVER!
