I use Vaseline to grease the pool inlet/outlet fittings.

If you have freshly painted cabinet doors or windows, rub a small amount of vaseline where the two painted surfaces meet and stick. By the time the vaseline has worn off, the paint will be cured and it will no longer stick.

Vaseline can be used as an emergency candle. First remove it from the plastic container it came in and put in small glass container with a wick. Once lighted it will burn for hours.
No wick? Place a single birthday candle in it instead of the wick.

Vaseline : I have a relative that uses it to help heal his dogs nose ( spread thin layer ). He use to use bag balm. The dog hated it ( assume it is the odor ). She does not mind the Vaseline. It heals her nose in a few days.
