Pumpkin Re-purpose Project - Bottle Into a Pumpkin Candle Holder

Re-purpose a Martinelli's apple juice bottle into a precious pumpkin candle holder with a bottle, tulle, twine, felt, floral tape, wire, glue and optional materials.
Great for kids & adults!! craft
Completed transformation from bottle to pumpkin!
Start with a Martinelli's bottle, remove the label & wash thoroughly.
Clean bottle..let's begin!
Insert orange tulle 15" by 60". Looking more like a pumpkin every second...
Wrap the end of your candle with floral tape and cut a square of felt to insert the candle securely into the opening.
Tie, wrap twine around the top & secure with glue for the stem.
Wrap candle base in the felt square & insert into opening. Make sure it will not slip in the bottle.
Create tendrils with wire wrapped in floral tape. Use 30" of wire & twist around the top. Twirl around a pencil to get the curly-ques.
Cut face pieces from felt. I also used paper leaves purchased at Michaels.
Add leaves with glue & I finished it off with a button.
So precious...do use a dripless candle & never leave lit & unattended.
Made these with both my Brownies & GS troops & "On my honor" it was their favorite craft ever!
