Try Damtite. It is a good product that you paint on the inside of the walls. Make sure that your yard is sloped properly away from the house and that the dirt has not settled up against the foundation. Thoes will make the basement leak. You may want to pipe the downspouts away from the house and make sure that the gutters are clean.
