Aged Paper Leaves Tutorial and Template

I love fall decor. I went shopping this last week, to check out the fall accessories. I nearly fell over at some of the prices. I sat down and decided to just make some fall decor of my own. I needed some paper leaves for several of my projects. Sometimes you don't just want ordinary paper...sometimes it needs to be aged. Today I shared my aging technique on LCI...and have some leaf templates for those of y'all that don't want to draw your own leaves.
I love paper leaves. With a little time and very little effort...you can make your own leaves and age them
Grab a jar of instant tea
mix it up and paint it on your paper
These are a few of my paper leaves...ready for aging
after baking the tea soaked leaves for just a bit...you have some fabulous accessories for decorating for fall
I have this downloadable template for anyone who doesn't want to draw their own leaves
