What to do with the worms in our acorn decorations?

We have a live oak tree and I like to gather the acorns every fall for decorations in our home. The problem is after they have been in my vases for awhile I see worms? I can handle a lot of things but worms in my Thanksgiving décor is not one of them. HELP!

Yes baking them is what you need to do. I make stuff out of acorns and you have to bake them first or you will have worms

You should always bake them before crafting them.
