There are no instruction on how to construct and hang ribbon spools for easy dispensing.

I would take a old towel holder and undo it and slide all the ribbon rolls on it. Then reassemble it and remount it on the wall. You could also go to the hardwood store, or 1 of the larger home stores to buy new wooden dowels and wooden towel rack ends and do the same, but with the wood you could make them any colors you wanted.

One of the fastest and easiest ways is to use a "multi-pants" hanger. I bought mine at a garage sale for $1. Another is to build it. See Pics
