Activity in the Butterfly Garden

It is always amazing to me the sheer beauty of butterflies and flowers. You probably remember me putting in some butterfly loving plants this year and I hope to continue to plant more for them and the hummingbirds. Do you have gardens for the wildlife to enjoy?

Beautiful butterflies pictures, , here in Illinois I have not seen the volume of large butterflies I have had in past years, but last year was a drought year here and many may not have over wintered well, you have to remember to leave the garden debris thru the winter for the layer cake of life that lives there till its warm again!

@ @Carla Haselhorst I was just reading that any overripe fruit you should cut in pieces and leave out in a dish for butterflies! It is nourishment for them, and they also always need water!
