I've been seeing on the design shows a new idea which is a Tree design or decal on walls, and then hooks are put up. Love the idea, but does anyone know how they do it?

One way would be to draw a tree mural with branches and towards the end of each branch add a decorative hook or a small shelf. You could add a small bird's nest, an owl or several different things that you would normally see in a tree. Good luck!

They have websites like "Wallie's" that you can order the trees and such. You just peel off the back and place on your wall. There are others; but I have ordered from Walli"s. Then of screw in your own hooks.

@Kitty here are some trees I originally painted that are now available as decals. The frames are hanging from the branches with nails. If you get a decal you can just go right into it with your hardware.

@Kitty, I bought two decals at Target. They are re-positionable so I was able to place them in the design that I liked. I then used picture hanging hardware to hang the pictures. You can also find decals on Etsy.

@DD, oh that sounds terrific. You've mentioned two of my favourite stores - Etsy and Target! I'll check them out. Thank you for sharing your tips
