The water seems to run slower than normal on the sink in my bathroom. Any tips on how to unclog a bathroom sink and shower drain?

Not sure if these are available to you there. http://www.sears.com/cobra-products-zip-it-drain-cleaner/p-00955232000P?sid=IDx01192011x000001&kpid=00955232000&kispla=00955232000P A more involved fix is to pull the p-trap and clear out any hair balls. Once you have it running free rinsing with lots of the hottest water will help clear slime in the drain line.
  • Hair. Something that clogs every bathroom sink and shower. The zip it tool KMS Woodworks recommended is great but you may also want to unscrew your trap or the S shaped pipe under the sink and clean it that way too. They get pretty gross after time.

Zip Strips are available at most hardware and big box stores. If your bathroom sink has a pop-up drain stopper, check to see if the top of the stopper unscrews from the assembly. If so, unscrew the top and remove it to get easy access to the assembly. Most clogs happen in the assembly. It may be necessary to remove the assembly to clean it and remove the material clogging the drain. If that does not solve the problem, remove the p-trap from the sink's drain line. The p-trap can be cleaned or replaced. You sink should drain freely if both steps are performed. Similar steps can be done for a shower. You did not mention if the shower is a bathtub/shower combination. I suspect it is. The drain assembly can be disassembled, cleaned and reinstalled.

I pour baking soda down the drain, and then I pour vinegar, it boils out the clog

vinegar and baking soda work well but if you can get a screw drive or a pickle fork down the drain keep poking it and you will remove a lot of hair and gunk lol it is gross xx

There is a product on HSN.com called professor Amos drain cleaner. Not that expensive and it really works. I had slow drain in my shower for over 2 years and tried everything on the market. Professor Amos is the only thing that worked and I will never be without it in the house.
