Industrial Pumpkins Made From Brick Ties!

I have been seeing pumpkins. Super cute pumpkins...everywhere, and lamenting that I had none. So when inspiration hit, I set to work and made some fun industrial style pumpkins with some brick ties I had laying around in my garage. When I made these I had no idea what the metal pieces were, but I figured it was better to use them for something, and why not make pumpkins out of them! They are easy and fun for a little spin on your fall decor.
These are the brick ties you can find at Home Depot, mine were just a little different.
With a nail and hammer I punched two holes in the end of each brick tie.
Then I bent the brick ties into a semi circle shape.
Then using twist tie wire I "sewed" the pieces together, to form a circle on the bottom using 6 brick ties. Then I attached them at the top the same way.

With a stick for a stem and some ribbon they are fun and cute little industrial pumpkins!

They are so fun and unique! Be sure to check out the full tutorial on my blog!
