When finishing a basement, what order does the finishing start once you have your layout designed?

HVAC, then electrical, then plumbing, floors, walls, then ceilings?

First you want to frame your walls, then plumbing, HVAC, electrical, insulation. Then inspections, hang drywall, trim and paint. I am guessing that you are putting in a drop ceiling, so that is next. Then tile, cabinates, fixtures and flooring.
