The basic changes took place with cosmetics. Mostly paint. We added a dishwasher, new sink and faucet in the kitchen.

Painted the walls and window.
Livingroom prior to redo. Removed the wooden cornice boards and curtains. Replaced them with mini blinds for a cleaner look.
Livingroom after paint and polishing floors.
Before picture of second bedroom. Looked like a Pinterest fail.
Removed built in desk and shelves. The room was too small for them.
The floor had buckled due to the former owners leaving all windows open when they vacated the property. Winter elements destroyed the wood through warping.
Second bedroom after remodel. Repaired floor, fresh paint made the room look like new.
