Parlor Floors Done!....the Jacobean/Ebony Mix!
The parlor floors are done! I used a 50/50 Jacobean/Ebony mix for the first coat and just Jacobean for the 2nd coat, with a semi-gloss finish. All from Minwax. I LOVE the color. My new fave for sure! Once we pulled up the carpet, we found there was a 10 plank border with herringboned corners! Awesome!

It probably still says Richland on my profile. I actually moved to Spokane this summer. These floors are from a house on the S. Hill.
