Fashion-inspired Reupholstered Dining Room Chair With Fabric Rosettes

Check out this ladderback dining room chair I painted and reupholstered, then dressed up with a necklace made from jute webbing and fabric rosettes.
The project was inspired by my favorite pair of Kate Spade shoes!
This was a completely no-sew project, as well.
