Have a cold crawl space during the summer.

Should I spray foam amongst the floor joists to prevent the cold from sinking down or revisit my HVAC flow first? Please note that my duct work is all insulated and there is mastic around the joints, yet the crawl space is really cold during the AC summer months and hot during the furnace winter months.

It still looks like you are losing heat and/or cold from your ducts. Try putting more insulation around them.
