What size of shed can I build without a city permit in Raleigh.

And can it have a concrete foundation without a permit also?

    Hi Jason,

I suggest you get in contact with your local code enforcement agency, they should be able to tell you exactly what you need to know. If not, they can certainly tell you who to ask.
