Bath tub sprayed was pink spray painted white

I had my bath tub sprayed professionally it looked good for a while until the paint started chipping in sheets the side get dingy yellow............ I need help I put a permanent white vinyl floor over the part that was chipping but the side look dirty. I have tried everything . I was only supposed to use scrubbing bubbles which does not do the job!!!

Bath Fitter is who you need to call they will come out and put a new tub liner over your old tub. It's a little more than painting a tub but it last forever. Around $1400
