Neutral Fall Mantel/Vignette

I don't have a fireplace mantel, but I DO have a little shelf in my kitchen that I like to decorate for the different seasons. Our home is primarily decorated in cool tones, so it is hard to decorate with all of the warm fall colors. That is why this year I decided to go with a neutral "mantel" display. With a few clippings off of my hydrangea bushes & some miniature white pumpkins, I think I achieved the look I was going for. I also incorporated some baskets which bring a little warmth to the display. And lastly, I hung my DIY Pallet Art to finish it off.
Neutral Fall Mantel Display
The little white owl was a TJ Maxx find last year.
Beautiful hydrangea clippings from my bushes outside. I love the pink & green hues.
White pumpkins are great for a neutral display.
DIY Pallet Art that I made a couple years back. Details here: http://loveoffamilyandhome.net/2011/06/diy-wall-art.html
I used books to give varying heights to the display.
Mossy monogram.
