Help!!! Dirty seat covers

How can I clean my kitchen chair covers? They are made of cloth but I don't want to get them soaking wet to clean. The chairs are solid wood but the seats cushion are filled with cotton. Please advise they need cleaning. Help

Use upholstery cleaner. You spray, wait and vacuum.

My bissell stam cleaner works great for things like that I have done the upholstery in my car
