Unfortunately, Liz Marie is still using old, flesh-eating chemical techniques unnecessary with these wonderful, new strippers such as Citristrip and Soygel. I am one of their most rabid devotees and have done way too many items right down to raw, beautiful wood, without sanding and scraping, NOR unnecessary mineral spirits. I hope since she wrote that post, she's discovered it's even easier than she thought! It's a very nice post, but again, old techniques unnecessary with new products. It happens!

Now I know why I have that extra brush --the one picture- to use on the table I am planning on stripping with the Citristip. I bought all the 'tools' or have them, but have to find the time to do it. Pictures will be put on here when finished. Thanks for the info.
