Can 3/4 inch hardwood flooring be sucessfully glued to a concrete slab?

    3/4 inch Thick Solid Wood Flooring cannot be nailed or glued down over a concrete slab. Moisture is a never ending concern with concrete and the use of a 3/4" solid wood floor could cause the floors fail.
