Painted white faux pumpkin

by Mary Insana
Today while watching the Pittsburgh Pirates beat St. Louis I needed something I could work on without moving around too much. Lol
I had been wanting to paint my white foam pumpkin. I pulled out my stencils, paint pen and a drill.
First, stencil traced and then pained in with a black paint pen.
I had planned on only have a single stencil but it looked too empty so I went a little crazy with stencils and some free hand designs.
I put a battery operated pillar candle inside. The candle has a build in timer. I found them in a pack at Costco and they include the batteries . I have 4 packs!
I cut a lid at the top of the pumpkin so I can put silk flowers inside or a drinking glass or a small vase with fresh flowers.

@Diane I love my battery operated candles. They have timers in them. I must have about 12 in various places around the house. Looks especially nice as a night light in a bathroom. I have one more box of 5 that I haven't opened.
