how much should you pay for tillin and preparing a small flower bed?

    If it is not too big of an area, you can rent a tiller from a big box store for a small price. A knowledgeable gardener or landscaper probably would charge about $25/hour plus the cost of soil amendments. More if they need a helper. I would be happy to give you an estimate. The design centers charge much more.
