Master Bathroom Remodel Final Reveal

If you guys remember my Hometalk Live home tour from a couple months ago, you remember me talking about our bathroom remodel. Well, this started in early August and JUST NOW is complete. We've been using the bathroom for a couple weeks now, but I hadn't finished decorating and installing our storage until this weekend. We had planned for this to take about three weeks. HAHAHA yeah right.
But, now I'm finally ready to spill all the beans! Just a quick recap...this was the bathroom before. On the blog, I wrote a post about how "my bathroom is cute, but I hate it" explaining all the reasons why I wanted to remodel. The main thing was that the subfloor was rotten from a previous leak so whether we liked it or not, a remodel was coming. But, it also didn't hurt that the old bathroom felt like a dungeon, so I was glad to remodel even if the subfloor had been in decent shape ;)
It took us a couple days to demo...it was hot and dusty and the bathroom was TINY so it was kind of hard to move around in there to get all the drywall and flooring out. This is me working on removing the old cultured marble shower walls. The shower didn't have a light in it and it was so dark and dreary. That was the thing I was most glad to see go.
On the left, where the plumbing is is where the old vanity used to be.
Once we got down to the subfloor, we ended up having to replace some rotten subfloor that went into our closet next to the bathroom. So while our house was already chaotic with the bathroom being gutted, then we had to get everything out of the closet too, so we could pull the floor up. Oh and not to mention where it was rotted was where our return air duct was. Sometimes if you don't laugh, you'll cry haha. You can read the whole story on the blog.
Finally when we started putting things back together, it started to look more like a bathroom again, but all the little finishing details just took forever. But, you guys, I am SO EXCITED about our new bathroom and I have a ton of pictures in the blog post below that you can see of the finally finished room. For now, here is a sneak peek. Be sure to click over in the blog post link below to find more finished pictures, plus links to tutorials on the mirror, and vanity.
