DIY Grapevine Mason Jar

I simply adore mason jars. I acquired these vintage blue mason jars not too long ago...and I've been crushing on them since. When I saw this grapevine wire, I knew it was gonna have to be added to my jars. I love the combination....and I especially love the combination, hanging on my front door. This is an accessory that could be used any season of the year, with a simple flour change.
I love mason jars...and I especially love these vintage blue ones. When I found this grapevine wire..I knew it had to go with them.
By placing the wire around the neck of the jar..it give a place to put a hanger...and attach some support runs of wire.
Take several strands of the wire and strategically wrap the jar.
I added another piece of wire under the jar for extra support...and to keep the side supports from moving around.
I left some long tails for curly Qs.
Here it's hanging on my front door. I absolutely adore it like this.
I placed a little tulle bow around my jar...I think it sets off the burlap hydrangeas just right
It looks good just sitting on the mantle too.
I think it looks really pretty against my chippy old door..attached to a grapevine wreath.
