I love it when I can find a new use for an old item that would just clog up our landfill. I love how my boys baby crib spring is now holding some of my favorite photos of them! What a great addition to my home office!

again, you have come up with a great idea! That makes me want to take the old spring out of my storage room, spray paint it black and use it in my art room to hold my notes, orders, pics, etc... thanks for posting this.
