How to Paint a Floor Plaid

Advanced
Over the years, we’ve renovated most of our cottage, inside and out. We have an enclosed front porch where we have a table and chairs for dining and a bed for lazy afternoon naps. The floor has been in terrible condition and the goal has been to replace it. But, the funds have not been available, and after fourteen years, we finally decided to paint it.
This is what we had to deal with. We sanded and filled gouges with Bondo.
We primed; we masked; we painted.
The end result was well worth it. Gabe thinks so, too!

i love the colors you chose. so very well done! how long did this take from start to finish. one day i will rip up my disintegrating parquet floor and maybe do this to the entire first floor.
