What color should I go with?

I have a strange layout of my home..I have a painting delima with my living room.I have a large red leather sectional w/ottoman/new Hawaiian maple hardwood floors and I love my brown sheer curtains..I have a fireplace to which my husband has placed his big screen TV..I'm trying to design a look for my red/browns/and blacks..no idea just need help deciding/I know he hates green and in the pics you can see old mexxican red which is in my kitchen only around the pantry area..I guess I'm looking for ideas...so many in my head I don't know what to try first..take a look plz!!!

Pale yellow would bring those together and enhance them.

Something in beige color will go with the colors you mentioned. Some rich looking in satin or eggshell finish, not flat. Take a look at mushroom color ranges. I have used a color called "whispering wheat" from Glidden that goes well with just about any other color scheme.

try the blue family, like a medium grey blue.
