If you’re into the DIY lifestyle, these are perfect! They’re green! They’re cheap! …and they’re easy to make! You probably have most (if not all) of the ingredients already, so making these should be a snap!
Basic Wood Cleaning: 1/4 C white vinegar 1/4 C water 1/2 tsp liquid dish soap A few drops olive oil Combine all ingredients in a spray bottle, swirl to mix. Spray onto a soft cloth or sponge. Wipe surfaces.
Stain Remover 1 cup hydrogen peroxide 1/2 cup liquid dish soap Combine all ingredients in a spray bottle, swirl to mix. Simply spray on a stain and rub it in. Let it sit for a while, then rinse it out before tossing into the washer.

i am trying a homemade recipe using orange peels covered with vinegar, i will post how it turns out if anyone is interested. i bet i am not the only person tired of too many chemicals and not able to afford the "natural" cleaners.

I MAKE MY OWN MAGIC CLEANER. 1 CUP BAKING SODA. 1 CUP BORAX. 1 CUP PICKLE/CANNING SALT. MIX TOGETHER 1 CUP HYDROGEN PEROXIDE 3 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE. POUR THIS OVER DRY MIX. TO USE PLACE SMALL AMOUNT ON DAMP SPONGE AND SCRUB AWAY. THEN RINSE WITH CLEAN DAMP SPONGE. THIS WORKS GREAT ON MY WHITE FRIG. I STORE IN PLASTIC JAR WITH LID, LASTS A LONG TIME.
