Tile

i have small white ceramic tile around my bathroom vanity Needless to say I Can't Stand It !! There isn't a whole lot but short of replacing it is anyone know Anything I can do to it? I have looked at it for 9 yrs.and I'm sick it was only a quick,cheap fix then but now I can't seem to get it changed.
