Turn An Old Drawer Into A DIY Pet Bed
I really wanted to DIY a bed for my cat and was trying to think of something that would be comfortable for her, but also look nice in my bedroom or living room. I had a bunch of old drawers from a tall bureau that was beyond repair.
The drawer was the perfect size for this project. This bed is so easy to make with just a few supplies. Here is what you need to make your pampered cat a DIY Cat Bed: 2 standard size pillows, 2 standard size pillow cases, paint, wood blocks, wood screws, vinyl for letters-totally optional.
I used these blocks for the legs, as I had them on hand already painted from another project and I didn't want the bed too high so these were perfect. I took out the old contact paper and gave the drawer a good cleaning. I found the most adorable puppy pillow cases. The great thing about this is you can take off the pillow cases for washing and also change out the pillow cases whenever you get bored or for Holidays. How cute would Holiday pillow cases be on this little bed? I am so happy with how it turned out and Lacey loves it!

Love this!! Gonna try n make one for my miniature weenie dog Daisy! 😊 She's also pregnant rite now, so I think this would be perfect for her to lay in at night while she sleeps!
