William on Nov 04, 2016Spray adhesive is primarily for a temporary glue. You can make it permanent by spraying both the case and the burlap, wait till both are tacky to the touch, then glue them together. Once both come in contact with each other, you may not be able to move or adjust the burlap.Helpful Reply
