A Functional Laundry Room
This is a part of our most recent project in Mtn. Lakes. This laundry room was well thought out with placements, work flow direction, and integral mechanics.
This laundry sink is not your mothers basement slop sink! sitting on custom made maple vanity is a slab of jet mist granite. The faucet and sink are that of a commercial kitchen.
A view from the door, you can appreciate the custom cabinets being wall to wall and work top to ceiling. Another thing you may notice is the order of operations here with the washer on the left, dryer in the middle, and folding table to the right. I really like this set up as it doesn't consume you... it has a good flow to it.
This is the folding station and storage area. These drawers were custom made on site and use Blum Tandem slides with Blumotion soft close. You can also find a place for the cats litter box in here!
