We just moved into a new house and I wanted to say hello to all of my new neighbors. I found a few friendly ideas online and created my own.

I just took the border and inserted my own information.
I took two packages of popcorn
Inserted them into the bag
Folded over the bag by an inch and punched a hole
Took the string to hang the tags on the bag
Then that was it! This project was quick, easy and cheap!
