Try using oxi-clean. It seems to work on all kinds of things.

Have you been using bleach products to clean the countertops?! What is the countertop made of?!

I haven't used bleach products but the previous owner might have. What is it made of? Hmmm...not tile or granite and probably a low end material but unsure what it is. Suggestion on material types? Thanks.

I Put Baking soda and Vinegar in a bucket of hot water ( I never measure I just pour) then use my window scrubber ( one that you use on your car widows when you get gas) only mine I can extend. With the help of a step stool it reaches ceiling to floor. Then I rinse out the scrubber and put old small terry towels over the scrubber and wipe down! Works for me.

Baking soda, peroxide and lemon are natural bleachers, make a paste let it stand overnight then rinse . If everything you tried doesn't work I say it's time to replace the counter.
