Cleaning Corian

Sherrie on Nov 01, 2013Corian is great because if all else fails you can buff it out. I went to Corian cleaning guidelines and I am posting the link for you. If this doesn't work I would call the manufacture directly. http://www.dupont.com/products-and-services/construction-materials/surface-design-materials/brands/corian-solid-surfaces/articles/how-to-clean-corian.htmlHelpful Reply

Carole on Nov 01, 2013I agree with Sherrie to contact the manufacturer DuPont if the website does not give you the info you need. I worked for this company many years ago and I know they are very professional!!Helpful Reply

Kelly S on Nov 01, 2013@Sherrie ,Thank you for the link. I've also wondered how to clean my sinks. The last time I used lemon juice and baking soda mixed into a foamy paste.Helpful Reply

Sherrie on Nov 05, 2013I always suggest to go by the guidelines. Why? Because i learned a very hard way. I have a cleaning business and Corian I used the wrong cleaning product on it and damaged it. I had to pay a professional to buff it out. And it cost me a lot of money to fix my mistake. Since I was very poor and depended on the cleaning business for a living I print off cleaning guidelines for every customer one for them and one for me. This way we are both protected and they also know when they clean how to do it. I haven't ever paid to have something fixed since then but I was lucky it could be fixed. If I ever get to I would like to replace my counter tops with Corian. It's beautiful!Helpful Reply
