Nylon chair leg pads

My dining room chairs are almost impossible to easily move on my pergo flooring. Is there any way (other than replacing) to make these pads move easier on the floor? I have already replaced them once. Thank you for any help.

If you can find them there are "booties" that you can slip on the bottom of your chair legs to help them slip on any type of floor. I bought some years ago and they worked well. Not sure where you might find them now but an internet search might help. Sorry I could not give you a dealer name. Hope this little bit of info helps.

I have to agree with Dolores. There are covers for the chair's feet. They are a dense plastic, different colors and inexpensive. I got mine from the fellow who was re-caning by dining chairs, so I have no idea where to get them. I'd start with Home Depot and Lowe's and go from there. Hope this helps.

Thqnks to everyone. I found something at Bed Bath & Beyond. They are small rounds made of hard silicone, I think. They stick on are just great!

All of these suggestions are great, you can find either the felt or the dense plastic (?) at most department stores. If you have an animal that sheds you will probably want to stay away from the felt as it attracts the fur.

Went online & found some silicone gliders at Bed Bath & Beyond. They. Work great.
