Renovated Laundryroom/Mudroom

This space was one of the ugliest spaces I had ever seen when I bought my house. I wasn't sure there was hope for it, but bit by bit, I conquered this area and made it pretty too. Even with an open ceiling that I painted black to disappear and painting the concrete floors with stripes, it's now a really nice space and feels so clean. I totally don't mind doing laundry in here now! If the last BEFORE pic isn't open, be sure and click to see that and see the whole story in the link below!
Laundry Room AFTER
Wall added for storage room behind the green door.
Wall stenciled, drapes added to hide ugly ductwork
Storage piece from Homegoods
Sink added with shelf above
Storage bench and shelves for hanging thing.
Laundry end BEFORE - What a pit of of a space!

Thank you so much! It was definitely an evolution of ideas, one thing at a time, starting with painting the ceiling, then the floors and then tackling the walls and adding some pretty in there.

I keep trying to convince the landlady/homeowner here that she needs to convert the smallest rental room to a laundry room for the tenants; it's such a tiny room (this is a boarding house), it's nearly useless as a sleeping room. As a laundry room at one end, and a half bath at the other, though, it would be great. I'll have to show her your redo :-)
