same problem, work on the hinges, adding thin pieces of paper whatever, remember you may have to putz around with all three hinges

In my case, all I had to do was move the pins closest to the wall at the floor to move the door over at the bottom to make my doors align. I guess I was lucky that my door frame was mostly square. Hope this helps.
