Any ideas on how I can "jazz-up" these newly painted, yet plain cabinet doors?

I installed cool handles but they're still really drab!

Adding a raised "frame" with painted molding would add some detail and not cost too much. The molding could be glued and/ or nailed in place.

They look ok to me. Sometimes jazzed up is too jazzy.

This kitchen gets alot of company and traffic, folks sit at the counter and watch me cook..so even though I found these neat handles off of Ebay..somehow they still look so blank to me..they need some punch!

OMG! ..would that include a miter saw to cut and match moulding corners..I've dealt with that nightmare before..swore I'd never do it again..can you buy the moulding already cut for this purpose?

Miters can be tricky....a powered saw can make quick work of it...cutting miters with a hand saw is the absolute pits....You might find some "picture frame" moldings precut. or test luck skills again with a powered saw...you will get better with each one!

you could just paint the lines on the cabinets a color that would give it a little punch.

@Ophelia laurel Painting the lines on the doors is a good idea, and you might even add a stenciled center, not too busy, not too blah, and use either an offset color or a slightly darker tinge of the door itself.

Paint the area around the doors the same color as the doors rather than leaving it white. You could leaving the half round moulding white as an accent.
