How to Restore Old Headlights

My hubby has tried all of the leading brands that promise new headlights, with less than optimal results. Some would be OK for a month or two, but then they would be cloudy again. Others didn't work at all.
Enter RustOleum Wipe New Headlight Restore...
Before and after
he kit contains the following:

1 Precision Wipe-It infused with Wipe New

1 Professional Lens Polishing Pad

1 pair of Nitrile Gloves

1 Microfiber Towel

Detailed Instructions (Please read completely before starting the process!)
Use the green, abrasive side of the pad, to remove the oxidation. Wet the headlight lens with water and rub the abrasive side of the pad over the lens until the water runs clear. This took several minutes, since the headlights were so cloudy. After the water runs clear, flip the pad over and polish the lens with the gray side.
Dry the lens thoroughly, using the microfiber towel included. Go back to Step 1 if you missed a spot. Do Step 1 and Step 2 on both lens before applying the WipeNew.
Put on the chemical resistant gloves (and we also put on a dust mask, to keep from breathing the fumes) and tear open the wipe and rub it over the lens ONE TIME. Repeat on other side before it dries out. Take care not to get it on the painted surfaces around the lens.
The headlights will dry to the touch in about 1 hour and you should not allow the treated lens to come into contact with moisture for 24 hours.
