I have been looking into this myself trying to conserve water
containers with wide openings and large enough to catch and store water. Water containers can be made from plastic, pottery and are available at most landscape or garden stores. Look for barrels with a spout and water pump attachment for easy access to your water. and some sort of lid so nothing but water gets in.
