A Rustic Christmas Star

Last week I showed you a new sign I made with a chippy window as the frame. I had to remove the panes from the window because they were falling out. I have a hard time throwing things away that I might reuse later, and these wooden pane dividers were no exception. So I made them into a Christmas star and added a little Mod Podge mixed with glittery embossing powder to give it a shimmery appearance. Love the way it turned out!

A little Mod Podge mixed with shimmery, white embossing powder and brushed on the raw wood give this decoration a little Christmas bling!
