How can I cleanup my hard wood floors?

I painted a room and paint got all over the floors. They are very old hardwood floors, obviously I am not a painter. I finished the job but the floors are in bad shape. Any suggestions.

Try olive oil. Saturate a cotton ball or cotton rag with olive oil. Let it sit on the paint spill for a while. You should be able to peel or gently scrape the paint off with no harm to the floor.

I used GooBGone and they look awesome, even better than before. It was time consuming but well worth it.
