I'm sorry for your annoyance , I had a wasp nest on my patio and I learned to coexist peacefully with them because they actually are an insect that is BENEFICIAL to the Garden ! They eat nasty tomato worms, mosquitoes, and other potentially destructive critters ! As long as I didn't disturb their nest they never acted in an aggressive manner towards me and it was fine. Maybe some will think it's crazy, but as a gardener I appreciated having those wasps there ! I hope some treaty can be worked out between you. Maybe give them a mostly eaten corn cob or something similar, and put it at a distance away from your table and INTEND this as an offering and then firmly tell them to then stay over there and leave you alone. I know that sounds wacky but the truth is, it is within human ability for us to be telepathic with all Life. The creator originally designed us this way but most humans are so distracted with material cares and caught up in the electronic frequencies of the modern world, that they are totally out of touch with this innate capacity. The wonderful mind expanding book by Maechelle Wright, "Behaving As If The God In All Life Mattered" goes into detail with examples of practically applied telepathy between human and insect world. ... "The Magic Of Findhorn" , true stories about the wonderful Findhorn community in Scotland, also shares much about this telepathic potential possessed by we Humans...... I use NO pesticides in my yard or garden, I call upon the intelligence of Nature to create the solution, and I urge everyone reading this to initiate the same approach..... Mega Corporations like Monsanto, who peddle death in various guises, are the only ones who profit from people's automatic urge to reach for the pesticide without thinking what harm is wreaked up the environment ( And our HEALTH !) by such casual habitual use of dangerous mutagenic poisons. I highly recommend concerned Individuals to investiigate the above mentioned books, as well as "Secrets of the Soil", which enlightens with innovative natural solutions to our outdoor dilemmas without the need to invoke toxins. What have you got to lose ? The only cost involved is the effort it takes to exercise dormant psychic muscles within you. Good Luck ! ~ Sincerely, Stacey in N.Y.

Set them up with an area all their own with water melon or something to attract them away from you and you can both live in peace.

You could go ask your neighbor if he needs some help removing the nest - explain how it's bothering you - I'm sure they'll appreciate your offer of help and gladly take you up on it.
