    have heavy wire mesh backing and then plaster over it. It will be very heavy, it will be very sharp, and it will take some time to remove. Wear glasses, use gloves, and be prepared to rip it out all the way down to the bare studs. Also, look to use a heavy blanket of some sort to layout and protect your tub, if that's where some of this wall tile is located. It will scratch and ruin your tub if you're not careful.

    homes that a similar set up as yours and see how they made theirs. Roof lines matching up, foundation style used, etc...
