Which insulation is better?

We rent a house that has a dirt floor basement with the only enterance from outside. The rolled, pink type of insulation looks old and our wood floors in the one story house are FREEZING. Would it be better to use spray foam insulation or replace the pink fiberglass roll out type or can I do both?

The pink stuff. Cost efficient for a renter and won't collapse the flooring with the weight.

We had the same problem and decided after research to replace the "pink stuff " VS spray in - which is a heck of a job , super messy ! Pink turns ugly , but does keep your floors warm ! Good Luck with your project . Happy Holidays !
